Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 60 days of your order being dispatched. Please contact us directly before sending your return to discuss. We do not accept returns on sale items. 

Unless faulty or damaged, all returned items must be in resaleable condition (yarn cannot be returned when wound into a ball) and be accompanied by your full contact details. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we cannot accept any liability for returns lost or damaged in transit. 

If your item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost for return postage and either ship a replacement or refund your purchase. 

While every care is taken when sending your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels or if an incorrect address was supplied with the order.  

While we take care when photographing our products, differences of screen calibration mean we cannot guarantee the colour on your screen will be an exact match and hand-dyed yarn colour will vary from skein to skein. Please contact us if we can help with colour matching or describing colours. 

KnitPro and Seeknit both offer a 1-year guarantee for their products. This is for manufacturing defaults only, not for needles subjected to undue stress such as severe pressure or being used as tools not related to needlework. Please remember that the smaller size wooden needles between 2.00 mm to 4.00 mm are fragile and need to be handled carefully.
